ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.Request stock replacement parts for all equipment.

5.Coordinate new equipment arrival with the production manager to ensure that the installation takes place as planned. Performs equipment hook up or works with outside contractors on the equipment hook up.
6.Perform all building maintenance and repair including electrical, HVAC, wiring & cable routing, plumbing, and carpentry. Acquires outside contractors for repair beyond the scope of the maintenance department.
7.Perform miscellaneous maintenance projects as instructed by management.
8.Carry a company-supplied pager and be available for emergency service.
