ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1.Troubleshoot all maintenance related problems that arise throughout the facility on a daily basis, including mechanical & electrical repair, installation, and design, pneumatic repairs, chiller systems, heaters, desicant dryers, PLC programming and welding & brazing. 2.Oil, lubricate and follow prescribed preventive maintenance procedures and schedules with all equipment. 3.Request stock replacement parts for all equipment. 4.Request adequate tooling, hardware, supplies and solvents necessary to perform. 5.Coordinate new equipment arrival with the production manager to ensure that the installation takes place as planned. Performs equipment hook up or works with outside contractors on the equipment hook up. 6.Perform all building maintenance and repair including electrical, HVAC, wiring & cable routing, plumbing, and carpentry. Acquires outside contractors for repair beyond the scope of the maintenance department. 7.Perform miscellaneous maintenance projects as instructed by management. 8.Carry a company-supplied pager and be available for emergency service.
